1. Exchange Policy:

   • Anandi Fashions offers exchanges only. We do not offer returns or refunds.

   • All eligible products purchased from Anandi Fashions are covered under our 14-Day Exchange Policy.

   • To be eligible for an exchange, the item must meet the following criteria:

     • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

     • The item must be in its original packaging.

     • The item must not be altered, damaged, worn, or used.

   • If you receive a defective item, please contact us so we can review the issue and assist with an exchange if eligible.

2. Process for Exchange:

   • If you wish to exchange an item, please follow these steps:

     1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team within 10 days of receiving the product.

     2. Provide Details: Share your order number and details of the item you would like to exchange.

     3. Exchange Authorization: We will review your request and provide instructions if the item is eligible for exchange.

     4. Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or an incorrect item was sent.

     5. Inspection: Once we receive the item, we will inspect it to confirm it meets our exchange eligibility requirements.

     6. Exchange: If approved, we will process the exchange and send the replacement item or assist with selecting another eligible item.

3. Important Notes:

   • We do not accept returns.

   • We do not issue refunds.

   • Exchanges are subject to item availability.

   • If the requested exchange item is unavailable, we may help you choose another eligible item.

4. Exceptions:

   • Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for exchange unless they are defective.

   • Clearance, final sale, or sale items are not eligible for exchange.

   • Used, worn, altered, damaged, or opened items may not be accepted for exchange.
