At Anandi Fashions, we want your shopping experience to be simple, clear, and reliable. Please review this policy before placing an online order or making an in-store purchase.

Online orders ship directly from our Buffalo Grove, Illinois boutique.

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Processing may take longer during busy seasons, live sales, holidays, or promotional events.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent by email or text when contact information is provided at checkout.

Delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and destination. Anandi Fashions is not responsible for carrier delays after an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

Store pickup is available for eligible online orders at our Buffalo Grove boutique.

If pickup is available for your order, you may select it during checkout. Most pickup orders are ready within 24 hours during store business hours.

Order Accuracy and Changes

Please carefully review the size, color, product, shipping address, pickup selection, and contact information before submitting your order.

Once an order has been placed, we may not be able to change or cancel it before fulfillment.

No Returns or Refunds

Anandi Fashions does not offer returns or refunds.

Eligible apparel may be exchanged according to the time periods, conditions, and exclusions stated below.

Online-Order Exchanges — 14 Days

Eligible regular-price apparel ordered online may be exchanged once within 14 days of delivery.

For an online order collected through store pickup, the 14-day exchange period begins on the date the order is picked up.

To request an exchange by mail, please contact Anandi Fashions within the 14-day eligibility period for approval and instructions.

In-Store Purchase Exchanges — 7 Days

Eligible regular-price apparel purchased inside our Buffalo Grove boutique may be exchanged once within 7 days of purchase.

The original receipt is required.

Exchange Conditions

All exchanges require the original receipt or online order confirmation.

To qualify for an exchange, an item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Free from perfume, odor, makeup, stains, damage, or signs of wear

  • Unaltered and in its original condition

  • Returned with the original tags and packaging, when applicable

  • Otherwise eligible under this policy

Exchanges are subject to product and size availability.

Exchange value is based on the original amount paid, not the item’s current price or a later promotion. An exchange does not reopen, revise, or reprice the original transaction under a new discount or promotion.

One Exchange Per Purchase

Only one exchange is permitted per original receipt or online order.

After an eligible item has been exchanged, the replacement item is final sale. It cannot be exchanged again and is not eligible for a return, refund, promotion, price adjustment, or store credit.

Final-Sale and Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Jewelry, accessories, and personal-use items

  • Sale, clearance, discounted, or promotional items, unless a specific offer expressly states otherwise

  • Customized, altered, or special-order items

  • Items with removed tags

  • Items showing damage, odor, stains, alterations, wear, washing, or use

  • Items that do not meet the exchange conditions stated above

Exchange Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping an exchange to Anandi Fashions and for shipping the replacement item, unless the exchange is required because Anandi Fashions sent an incorrect or damaged item.

Please contact us before mailing an exchange. Packages sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs showing the item, damage, packaging, and shipping label, when applicable

We will review the information and provide the appropriate next steps.

Promotions, Discounts, and Offers

Promotions apply only according to the terms stated for the active offer period.

  • Only one promotion, discount code, coupon, or offer may be used per transaction unless expressly stated otherwise.

  • Promotions apply only to qualifying items purchased together in one transaction on one receipt.

  • Separate receipts, prior purchases, exchanges, exchange credits, store credits, sale items, and previously discounted items cannot be combined to qualify for a promotion.

  • Promotions cannot be applied retroactively to completed purchases.

  • Promotions apply to eligible regular-price merchandise unless the specific offer states otherwise.

  • For Buy 2 Get 1 Free or similar promotions, the lowest-priced eligible item is free unless different terms are stated.

  • Free or discounted items are determined according to the specific promotion’s terms.

  • Anandi Fashions may modify, extend, cancel, or correct a promotion when necessary.

Color, Fabric, and Product Variations

We make every reasonable effort to display product colors, fabrics, embroidery, and details accurately.

Actual appearance may vary slightly because of:

  • Lighting and photography

  • Screen and device settings

  • Fabric texture

  • Handmade details

  • Embroidery placement

  • Dye-lot variation

Model images may be provided for styling reference. Please rely on original product photographs, available measurements, size information, and product details when making a purchase.

Children in the Store

For everyone’s safety and comfort, children must remain with a parent or guardian at all times while inside the boutique.

Please do not allow children to run, climb displays, open merchandise, or play with store fixtures. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children and for damage caused to merchandise or store property.
