Shipping from USA

All eligible online orders are shipped from the United States.

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Processing time may vary during busy seasons, live sales, holidays, or promotional events.

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email or text if provided at checkout.

Delivery time depends on the shipping carrier and destination. Anandi Fashions is not responsible for carrier delays after the package has been shipped.

Local pickup is available at our Buffalo Grove boutique.

If your order is eligible for pickup, you may choose local pickup at checkout. Most pickup orders are ready within 24 hours during store business hours.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges within 14 days of purchase or delivery.

To be eligible for exchange, items must be:

  • With original packaging and tags, if applicable

Items that show signs of wear, stains, perfume, damage, alteration, or use may not be accepted for exchange.

Final Sale Items

Sale, clearance, discounted, jewelry, accessories, and customized or altered items may be final sale and may not be eligible for exchange.

Exchange Shipping

Customers are responsible for shipping costs related to exchanges unless there was an error from our side.

If you are exchanging an item by mail, please contact us first for approval and instructions.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We will review the issue and help with the next steps.
