At Anandi Fashions, we want your shopping experience to be simple, clear, and reliable. Please review our shipping, local pickup, exchange, and promotion policy before placing your order or making an in-store purchase.
Shipping from USA
All eligible online orders are shipped from the United States.
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Processing time may vary during busy seasons, live sales, holidays, or promotional events.
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email or text if provided at checkout.
Delivery time depends on the shipping carrier and destination. Anandi Fashions is not responsible for carrier delays after the package has been shipped.

Local pickup is available at our Buffalo Grove boutique.
If your order is eligible for pickup, you may choose local pickup at checkout. Most pickup orders are ready within 24 hours during store business hours.

Order Accuracy
Please review your size, color, product selection, shipping address, and contact information carefully before placing your order.
Once an order is placed, we may not be able to make changes before fulfillment.
Returns
We do not offer returns or refunds. Eligible purchases may be exchanged in accordance with this policy.
Exchanges
Eligible apparel may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase or delivery.
All exchanges require the original receipt or order confirmation.
Only one exchange is permitted per original receipt or order. Once an item has been exchanged, the replacement item is final sale and is not eligible for an additional exchange, return, refund, price adjustment, promotion, or store credit.
To be eligible for exchange, items must be:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Free from perfume, odor, makeup, stains, damage, or signs of wear
- Unaltered and in original condition
- Returned with original tags and packaging, where applicable
Exchanges are subject to item availability. An exchange credit is based on the original amount paid, not the current price or a later promotion.
An exchange does not reopen, revise, or reprice the original transaction under a new promotion.
Final Sale & Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Jewelry, accessories, and personal-use items
- Sale, clearance, discounted, or promotional items, unless specifically stated otherwise
- Customized, altered, or specially ordered items
- Items with removed tags, damage, odor, stains, alterations, or signs of use
Promotions, Discounts & Offers
Promotions apply only as specifically stated during the active offer period.
- Only one promotion, discount code, coupon, or offer may be used per transaction unless clearly stated otherwise.
- Promotions apply to qualifying items purchased together in one transaction and one receipt.
- Separate receipts, prior purchases, exchanges, exchange credits, store credits, sale items, and previously discounted items cannot be combined to qualify for a promotion.
- Promotions cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases or receipts.
- Regularly priced eligible items only, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
- Free or discounted items are determined according to the terms of the active promotion. For Buy 2 Get 1 Free or similar promotion, the lowest-priced eligible item is free.
- We may modify, extend, cancel, or correct a promotion at any time when necessary.
Exchange Shipping
Customers are responsible for shipping costs related to exchanges unless there was an error from our side.
If you are exchanging an item by mail, please contact us first for approval and instructions.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will review the issue and assist with the next steps.
Color and Product Variation
We do our best to show product colors and details accurately. Colors may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, photography, fabric variation, or dye lots.
Model images may be for styling reference. Please refer to original product photos, size details, and product descriptions before purchasing.
Children in Store
For everyone’s safety and comfort, children must remain with a parent or guardian at all times while in the store.
Please do not allow children to run, climb displays, open merchandise, or play with store fixtures. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children and for damage caused to merchandise or store property.
